On the 8th of June, 2023, the Springdale Fire Department and Springdale Police Department responded to a two-car MVA with two patients requiring extrication. The dually appears to have rear-ended the small passenger car, coming to a stop on top of the rear of the vehicle.
On scene units included Battalion 1, Engine 1, Engine 2, USAR 2, Ladder 8, Medic 3, and Medic 4.
